    For me I applied EAD first so i can work I have a 2 yrs visa and multiple re-entry I will do my AOS after our 2nd wedding year anniversary. I got my EAD approved 107 days since i applied. I do not care if the price is getting high this year but I will wait till our second year anniversary.

    Hi,

    I am new here and just got here in US a month ago with K-3 visa. I have a question regarding the AOS expiration, since I am a K-3 holder and I got 2 yrs visa. Untill how many months do i need to file my AOS from the time I arrived here in the US? I just need more time because I have to collect again all the same requirenets I submitted in US Embassy in Manila as I did not have me a copy of the original here.
