    Everyone does it a little differently, it really does not matter you can do either before or after. Either way your case at NVC will be placed on hold until you I-601A is approved. We did it before sending our waiver. 

    Thank you for your help! Also, we only have paid the IV Fee not the AOS Fee? Should we pay both (just in case)?
