More details:

I submitted the I-129F back in mid-June, and moved a couple weeks after that but submitted a change of address. I received a letter from USCIS saying they got my change of address, which is how I found out the receipt number. I used this to figure out that they actually received my package, but I didn't receive anything except a letter acknowledging that they received my change of address. 

So I submitted the package back in June but never heard from USCIS. The only time they have sent me anything was when I changed my address. I looked online using the given receipt number, and it states that they have received my package, but that is all. I called the support center, but was told that they haven't looked at my application yet. What should I do, since the timelines state an average of 30 days to reach NOA2?
