I just got off the phone with USCIS asking them about this transfer, and the officer was specific, that, it is to reduce the backlog on CSC. So, hopefully, we are going to see lots of approvals from CSC applicants very soon. Good luck. I have an infopass for my extension stamp soon...so I will get a chance to ask more about my case, and hopefully ask for an expedited action, it wont change anything I know, but I will just put it out there to them.
