As long as you paid another visa fee and reapplied, you were denied a visa so your answer should be YES.
yes but it was for the same visa (F1) which I already have and also for the same I20 and sevis number !
I think I should put yes and then I write a notice
Thanks.

It sounds like you were in administrative processing, and they needed papers from you, they did not deny your visa.
No, because I paid the interview fees again but I applied for the same visa (F1) with the same I20 and same sevis

HI, all
I'm on a student visa F1
and in AOS form they ask me if I have been denied to a visa to the US before ? yes or now
I applied for my F1 the first time the consular asked me for more additional papers(recommendation letter and bank statement) and ask me to reapply again with the papers and I did that and reapply after 7 weeks then I got the approval on the visa with the same I-20 with the same sevis
what should I choose ? Yes or No
I'm confused because I applied for the F1 and I got it and I didn't apply for any other type of visas !
thanks
