I also underwent sputum, and SLEC was the one who will contact the embassy  to cancel the interview and advised me  no need to call. I'm under family based petition. Wait for the results of sputum  for two months and if your are cleared you can reschedule online or call. As for me I scheduled my appointment online 9 days before my result date. So I assumed already that I'm negative and I can get early appointment. Good luck

hi jan 2018. for February 2019 visa bulletin its July 1, 2007. So your next on March 2019 visa bulletin. You''ll receive your interview letter one month before, maybe before Feb 10 before the release of the next bulletin. Good luck

Yes I've heard that they will call you if your sputum culture results are positive. Some are called just 2 weeks, others 3 weeks to start treatment. If they cannot contact you they will email you to your official email account you provided to St. Lukes. But there are cases that they call in six weeks for extension of culture but result is  Negative just like me. If you dont  receive any calls from SLEC within 2 months then  chances are you are negative and your for immunization.

Aldwin did you call NVC or email them?That's so sad if there's no movement or worse if it retrogresses again.Hopefully not.

What did they say when you ask if you have your schedule? Ask your petitioner to call or AskNVC and follow-up again. Well if you don't have your schedule maybe the cut-off for august is only Feb. 15, 2007 exactly your Priority date but your not included as it was the cut-off date.Pls. update.Hopefully you get yours.

Hi. You should watch for both chart. The date of filing is the time that you can start to process, pay fees, submit documents to NVC  etc. and if there is no lacking of documents you will receive the case complete letter meaning you are on que for the visa interview and that depends on Final action date chart. What's your priority date by the way?

Did you call NVC.? The one I know called  NVC last June 29 and got interview on August.But I  know somebody  who  call with PD of Feb 26, 2007 and no interview letter yet. Try to call if you get your interview letter it means 3 weeks movement. Please update.Thanks

Hi jrvc02. try to call NVC or email askNVC. There  is one  I know with PD date of January 10, 2007 got  schedule via AskNVC. Thank God retrogression is over. Hope you get yours.

Yes hopefully it will come back to january 2007 this coming May 2018 visa bulletin or better it will move to February 2007 or up.May 2007 here case complete already since Sept. 2017.Sadly it retrogressed.

Hi ricdmakahintay. When did you received your case complete letter in October? They start giving interview letter  at end of the month of October for December. If you just received your case complete letter last week of October or 3rd week maybe your not yet included to those will be given since you just got completed. It is sure  in January 2018  you will receive your Interview letter, but its up to you to contact NVC, they might have the slot for you in December. Good luck.
