I hope you have great times. I'm from Iran and my lovely beautiful Wife is from New Mexico. Due to new travel banned order, We decided to fill and send our form I130 for K3 Visa before October 17th. But because all immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for Iranian citizens will be banned after that date, I wonder if we can be able to apply for K3 Visa or not. Could you please guide us for what type of visa we should apply? We have been in contact with eachother daily since 2009 and we got married in June 2015 in Istanbul,Turkey.
