Hi everyone..i am new one..our case was approved on december 26 2017and my husband recived approve notice on January 3rd  where they wrote that our case was send to nvc 

PD- May 1, 2018

Does my husband should to call to nvc couse it is up 12 days and we didnt recive any news from nvc? Who with the same date of approval?

Hi..all.today we got approved!!!

I pray of all you....i wish you all get approved as soon as possible!!!

They told us the same aboout 60 days..now it is 45 day nothing happend..it will be 60 day on the 11th of January..we will see.

As i told above my husband is veteran and we sent our i 130 in May 1st...texas service center...

We have another problem...i have some liver disiase...and my husband requested 1 month ago to speed up our process because i need treatment and uscis asked additional medical document so we sent all they need ...and they sent us this

I hope we will recive good news in the middele of January...because 60 days will pass at 13 th of January.

What do you think guys?

So don't worry its not a problem if the first marriage has been legally terminated.

If it was a mistake to marry so qwickly what we should do now?remarry in my country it is impossible and stuped..by kyrgyz law we legally married couse my husband put devorce degree with appostile  ...etc..which is normal process in Kyrgyzstan..

Hi everyone..who knows is it problem that we martied after 3 month my husband devorce..the marridge took place in Kyrgyzstan  but my husband is from Sacramento California....cause i read about waiting period after devorce is 6 month.??who knows may be that is why we still didnt get approved.???
