I'm hoping someone can help me out here! So I'm filling out the 1-134 form for me K-1 visa and my fiancé is supporting me. As of February he got a new job and easily makes enough to support me. I have a letter from the bank stating he deposits a certain amount and a letter from his employer stating his income and permanent position. According to the instructions that I get with the form that's all I need. Buuuut according to everything I read online I need to bring my fiancées W2 and tax return. The problem with that is his tax return and W2 are from when he was working his last job and not making enough to support me... so do I need to bring his W2 and tax return or is proof of current uncome enough?
