  1. Eddie,

It's always been frustrating to be put under a situation wherein you dont have control of things and don't even have an idea of what's going on but to tell you, I have the worst case and look Im here in California after 8 long months from interview. Just pray and be patient. Your congressman might help you though speed up your case. They can follow up the status of your case. God bless

  2. I guess we just have to pray and be patient.

    1. July 28, 2006 - Interview (under AR) need to submit copy of previous I-485 (adjustment of status)

    2. August 11 - 23, 2006 - Fiancee's visit

    3. Sept 5, 2006 - Requested copy of I-485 fr National Record Center

    4. September last week - Followed up: takes a year to receive it

    5. October 2006 - Asked help from Congressman

    6. November 17, 2006 - Received I-485 documents

    7. November 20, 2006 - Submitted it to USE Manila

    8. December 4, 2006 - Fiancee called USE Manila and they said that they are waiting for documents from Dept of Homeland Security. "Dont know what docs"

    9. December 5, 2006 - I called 1-909-101-7878. They said, It is still under review. They cant see any other info but under review. Dang, from Aug to Dec: Still under review - no updates at all!

I suggest that Fiancee should just call the Lorraine instead us calling the 19091017878. It's damn expensive and irritating because they dont have good info!

im so happy bec we just received the documents that we requested regarding my adjustment of status. my problem was consul wants to make sure if my previous petition is close already. it was a miracle! we received a letter from national record center that it will take prolly a year for us to receive the documents bec of the long lists that they have but fortunately, my prayers worked. just got it today.

    thanks for your prayers

  4. Our Almighty God, the Father, we glorify you and we praise you.

Thank you for the all blessings we received.

You are really our Great Provider, Healer and Comforter.

Provide us our needs, Father. Heal our broken hearts and Comfort us from all these diappointments.

Lord, today each one of us has an ultimate request.

Father, we ask for your mercy.

Touch each one of us, Lord.

We know that your Power is boundless.

We ask you to remove all these burdens that we are suffering right now.

We believe that you love us so much.

It is in your word that You plan to proper us and not to harm us. To give us hope and a future.

Lord God, we admit that right now, we are depressed.

We are hopeless already but You always strengthens us

"Dont be anxious about anything; but in everything, by prayer and petition,

with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God,

which trancends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7

Let Holy Spirit touch all those people-in-charge in

reviewing our papers to speed up the visa approval

You know oh Lord the desires of our hearts

    But, Your will be done

    Lord, You are our Saviour

Almighty Father, we ask for your guidance

We know that there's more than waiting for our visa

    Bless us Jesus!

Give us the wisdom in all thy ways

    Shed us your Holy Spirit

    Make us righteous oh Lord

Help us to be humble and teach us to bring back all the Glory to you Lord

    Make us stronger, more patience

    Come closer to us God.

Give us joy and humble heart to worship you

It is in your word too that if we Seek your Kingdom First and your Righteous,

All these things shall be added unto us

Thank you for these promises, Lord

We now claim in the Mighty Name of Jesus that You have answered our prayers

    Thank you very much Lord

Victory for us Oh God! Victory! Victory! Victory Father!

We bring back All the Glory, Honor and Praise to our Creator and Father, Lord God

    AMEN

Note: Two or more prayer together is powerful because God is in the midst of everybody.

  5. I am under AR for 3 months and 10 days now since my interview. They required me to submit a copy of my previous Adjustment of Status from previous K1 visa but unfortunately, the copy is being requested and the turn over time is forever so I sumitted a letter of explaination on Aug 28, 2006. I've made numerous call to US Embassy Manila but they said, it is still under review.

Can Anyone help me regarding my case?

  6. I've been married before (via K1 Visa) but got divorced when things didn't work out, so I wasn't able to process my Adjustment of Status (I-485), so I went back to the Philippines, After 2 years, I met my fiancee and he petitioned me (K1 also). During my interview on July 28, 2006, I was asked to submit a copy of my previous I-485 (Adjustment of Status) but I don't have a copy of it so I just submitted a letter of explaination last Aug 31, 2006. I just called the US Embassy Manila and they said "It is still under review. Just wait." Is this document required for approval? Cannot they look up that information in their system? I made a request to the National Records Center for a copy of my I-485 I submitted back in 2001 from my first marriage but the doc request list waiting time is so long (1yr). What should I do next?
