They took much evidence but the co  didn't look at them

My friend's case cr1 was refused in us consulate  and swnt back to uscis and today she got letter of Noir after waiting one year. Please what is letter of noir? And what is next step she should do?

It happend to us too they told us everything  is fine and they kept his passport  after 4 days they sent us email saying our case was refused and sent back to USCIS 

I hope everything  goes well  with you I'm not trying  to get u worried or anything  . I'm saying our experience  .

I think the problem might be that petitioner was an adult at the time of dating and the beneficiary was a minor.

Unless something has changed, reapplying will just result in another denial

I think reason for  the denial is our age difference  (30 years old)

I don't have any records  and my husband  too we got clean records. We met more than 3 times we know each other for  5 years. Only weak point is age difference 

Our age difference  is 30 years old . He is 22

I think its dined because of our age difference

Our relationship  started  when he was 18 and then we got married . At beginning we were friends only

I'm writing  here to ask for help because  I don't know what to do .my husband  went for his interview  on 13 September  at  consulate  of casablanca Morocco  then they put him in admin review without stating the reasons . Second day the US Consulate  called and requested us to be interviewed  we did and they got his passport   we thought  everything was good . Until Wednesday 20 September  . We got email saying (our case was refused  and was sent  to uscis )  

We have strong Relationship we know each other  for 5 years and we been married for 3 years and 3 month and we met 5 times ..

We have much evidence  recipts  of what my husband  send me for all those years and letters from my family  to him and pics and everything  

But we have only one weak point  is our age difference  he is 22 and I'm 48 

Please help me ? I need to know what to do since our file got back to uscis ?😢😭😢😢
