Hi,
I'm Canadian and was on a j1 visa in the states for 6 years for training. I just left the states to do further training in Canada. I've only been in Canada for a few months but I wish to go back to the states in the next few months to work under a j1 waiver position. Am I able to do this seeing as I came back to my home country for a few months?

I was on a student exchange visa (ie. physician) therefore am able to do a j1 waiver. What I need to know is if I came back to my home country for only a couple of months can I still apply for a waiver.
