My Fiancee mailed part 3 to Guangzhou and we have the tracking number showing they signed for it on June 11th. We have not heard anything from them so we sent a message to the embassy using there online form and they replied saying they did not receive anything. Do you know what steps we can take to rectify the situation? They sent my fiance a special form in the part 3 packet that she needed to send back to them but she no longer has that form or we could just resend them part 3 again. Any advice would be appreciated.
