Hello, My CR1 interview is first week of may, before we got the interview appointment letter, the nvc sent us email instructing that my wife should get her 2016 IRS transcript and send to me so I could take it to the embassy on my interview day. They did not mention 2017 IRS transcript. Pls should I go ahead and including the 2017 IRS transcript?

Hello, My name is Uche Godwin, my CR1 visa interview is in three weeks time, I heard about frontloading before the interview. I have my marriage certificate, our wedding pictures, our phone calls and WhatsApp conversation printed out. Pls how can I frontload and what do I need to frontload. I have a genuine marriage with my wife, we intend to live together forever but it seems my country (Nigeria) is one of the red flag countries. Pls what do I do to be better prepared for the interview. Thanks

Hello my lovely people, I just want to ask a question because I'm so nervous about my CR1 interview coming up soon, my wife is so anxious to have me over there in US, I have all the requested documents but I saw online that my country(Nigeria) is one of the countries that has record of high marriage fraud. I have a genuine relationship with my wife, she loves me as much as I love her and I'm so nervous about everything. Is there anything could do to be well prepared for the interview.???

Hello, Please I need someone to please make me understand, I just got approval notice from the uscis, my wife is a US citizen,  how long do I have to wait before I start the visa processing here in Nigeria. Thanks

Nebraska is my center, we called the center yesterday and they said we should hear from them on October 18th

    My wife who is a citizen of US submitted i-130 for me in January and two weeks later we received a receipt notice with the case number, but since then we haven't heard anything from the USCIS. It's been 8months now.

    Please does anyone know how long it takes to get approval for i-130 form? I really want to know if anything has happened to my file.
