My husband had his bio on Saturday, we were the only ones there, it took about 5 minutes. The lady that took his prints told him the process will be fast... so hoping it is!

Yes you can - go to uscis.gov and there should be a link - you can change it online and print it out and save it when you're done as proof.

Has anyone else noticed this? I sent my I-751 packet to CSC and got my NOA from CSC, but I just got my bio appt letter in the mail yesterday and it was mailed from the VSC and on the top part in the box that says Service Center it says ESC...
Just wondering if everyone's is like this? I just think it's weird that VSC is sending me mail

nothing to worry ,same here for me and many others,
probably it's the new code for I-751 petitions which they lately started to use in their computerized system.. Read the first NOA letter you received, at the bottom of the NOA there is a note says
" The I-751 form type will be listed as CR189 under the application type in our case status on-line tool "
Hey guys,Had my Bio today and I was finally able to add my case number to my portfolio. However, when I did, this is what it said the form is :
CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED
I submitted the I751 and it states that on the NOA & the ASC appointment notice. Do you know why it would have a different form number & description online?

That must be so frustrating! My husband is from Peru too. When we went for our AOS interview the lady told us at the interview that we were approved and the card would be ordered. Did the person at the interview tell you anything about if the case would be approved or not?
We live in Tucson, so maybe different states/offices do things different ways. Good luck!

I have sent in 3 different I-865's and I have never gotten an NOA. I just sent in the third one with our I-751.

CSC cashed my check - looking at the copy of my check, they cashed it in on 7/31, the same day my package arrived there, it just went through in my bank today. So 7/31 will probably be the NOA date. They sure are fast when it comes to that part of the process! At least I know my package is there and in the safe hands of the CSC
There is a WAC number on the check but from reading other posts we shouldn't try to enter in that number, right?

We lived with my parents for over a year as well - so what I did to prove that we lived together during that time was I had my dad do an affidavit and had him state that we lived in his house and what dates we lived there.

I had 2 people do an affidavit for me at the beginning of June because I was planning on sending in our package this month. But, now we are buying a house and so we are going to wait until the end of July to send in our package so that we can use our new address in our application and show proof of the title, etc. Since the affidavits will be almost 2 months old by then, do you think I should get them to redo them, or will they still be fine to send in? Are there any rules on this? Thanks!

We might be moving soon and I am getting ready to mail in the I-751. I am thinking of putting my parents address for the mailing address. Has anyone else done this? Do you think they will pay attention and mail everything to my parents address if I put it as the mailing address?

I'm starting to wonder why we didn't get a reminder... We moved but updated our address with USCIS. We included the USPS receipts for both the AR-11 and I-865 with our application.
We got a reminder letter - but they still sent it to our old address - good thing my parents still live there! We have moved twice since then as well!

Question for people who have already sent in their I-751:
When showing evidence of joint accounts, etc... did you send in statements for every month for the past 2+ years or just a few statements dating from the date of marriage on? I want to make sure I cover everything, but it seems silly to print out so much paper for each month statements.
