You need to call them, that's the most efficient option, because they don't always send a letter and that can take time anyway, since it's not send until the case leaves NVC.
If you call the immigrant line, press 1 for English and then 7 or 5.
Phone (for immigrant visa inquiries only):
(603) 334-0700. Customer Service Representatives can speak with you Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight EST, excluding holidays.Phone (for nonimmigrant visa inquiries only):
(603) 334-0888. Customer Service Representatives can speak with you Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight EST, excluding holidays. Thanks for the information...i am planning to call NVC today, but on which number from both should i call...i mean i am not sure whether come under immigrant visa or Non-immigrant visa!!!
BTW congrats for your interview approval...just checked your timeline!!

Hi ! you can get I-134 of cource, and tax return.... we had all those ready after NOA1, ...beneficiary can get all Police Certificates u need, from your country and from countries you lived more than 1 year from u 16 y.o, with all names you used.....
just you have to know about the validity of every certificate, so that the last date in it was not too old for the consulate.
you can fill DS-160 form, just maybe later .... need to save filled form on u computer, because on the website of consulate it may be stored only 30 days.
and all vaccinations for your age can be done before medical exam, also against flu, from 1 October flu season. so beneficiary can get it from now...
Goodluck !
yeah, thanks alot... so now we started collected I-134 documents...and we are also looking forward towards Police Certificates
But i am not very clear vaccinations procedure!...i mean how can i even get vaccinations without Doctors recommendations??
Also how much time on an average it takes to collect all the required documents for Form I-134??

Yes u can call NVC within 10 days from receiving your Noa2. You need to have the Petitioners name and d.o.b along with yours and the WAC #. See if they have your case and go from there
I believe its the DS-160. Never heard of k1 filling out the 260. Contact the Embassy and confirm it first.
sure will call them tommorow...thanks

Have you called NVC?
Police certificate holds out for some months so you can go ahead with that. You can also prepare the Affidavit and supporting documents.
The DS160 you can start filling it out, if you're not ready to print then you can save it and print it at a later date
What Embassy are you dealing with? They all dont operate the same way
thanks for the information
no i havent called them yet! is it required to do so for getting the case number??
and i am from country India

hi to all!
Can someone please tell me that can we fill Form DS-160 and Form I-134 before getting any notice from USCIS to start??
Also, can i get police clarification report before the case is submitted in NVC??
My NOA2 was approved on September 5th and still havent got anything....i mean mail or email!
I am asking this because as when we fill some form we get date mentioned on it... so i was thinking will be right to collect and fill documents before any orders from USCIS??
