No, I haven't had a response for anything. The only thing that's happened is I got an automated email from the time I called them in December. I got the email on Feb 7th and it just said 'The status of your service request is: Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of action shortly'. But I haven't heard anything since.

I was thinking of calling again to ask what's going on. But I'm not sure if I should bother because I don't know if they'll be any help.

Also the Tier 2 person I spoke to last time was pretty rude so that kind of puts me off. How long have you been waiting?

i have been waiting 130 days and after sending back my rfe it says 83 days ago here so when i called today i spoke to someone who gave me a confirmation number and said i should expect something in days

I've been waiting almost 200 days for my AP/EAD, and I've done pretty much everything that I can (see my signature for more details) -- except request to speak to a Tier 2 "supervisor".

Has anyone done this successfully? Was it useful? I don't want to offend a Tier 2 officer by asking to speak to their supervisor, but I'm hoping that a supervisor would be able to get somebody to look at my AP case quicker.

hi i believe you are still within processing time because i also got an rfe in the mail and when i called i was told that they start counting the days for all cases all over due to rfes so i believe you have to wait a little more or call them again for more information

  3. hi everybody,i had submitted my case in October last year,i did my bio metrics in November ,got a mail for request for evidence in November and the office received and updated my status in December and up till now i have not received my EAD card so i got worried and called USCIS  today i spoke to a woman who said that they are still addressing cases in December 2016 and that meant i had to wait a long time so after the call i thought about calling them back to confirm this because i had given her my i485 receipt number, when i called back i spoke to another woman who helped me look into my 1765 case and said she was going to review it and have it sent to another office (i don't remember what she called it) so he put me on hold for some minutes and came back took my information and put me on hold again she confirmed that the case was received in December and that the processing times start all over from day 1 if you are asked to  provide evidence which i understand,so she provided me with a confirmation number and said i should get something in the mail in 15 days,my question is has anybody been through the same thing and does the response in 15 days mean that i will get my EAD card then because i am very positive about it and i don't want to be disappointed

I am still waiting too. I sent off I-485, with I-765 and I-131 end of August, had my biometrics in Sept. Phoned up in December about the EAD and got told I'd have a response within 30 days. Still not heard anything so called up thismorning and got transferred to Tier 2, the guy told me they're currently processing EADs for June 30th so I'll just have to wait longer!! Not sure whether to believe him, but I'm getting pretty worried now.

hello i also just called them today and i was told the same, have you gotten a response now or still waiting

Are you guys counting Saturdays and Sundays in your total amount of days? And do you start counting from the day they received your application or your notice date?

Not sure my amount of days, but:

    Received - 9/25/2017

    All 3 NOA's - 9/29/2017

Still have not received anything on my EAD or AP. Really wanted to travel home for Easter in late March, but the way things are looking I doubt I'll get to go.

You have not gotten your EAD till now?

They don't ask for 2017 yet. They ask for 3 years. In this case 2014, 2015, 2016. The 2017 ones come after you get approved. However, does she make enough on her own?

    Thank you

As others have said, you'll only need to provide that 2016 W2/Tax Return, since 2017 year isn't over yet, it wouldn't be possible to provide that anyways.

Depending on your income you'll also want to provide either previous year's tax returns (2015, 2014 etc) and/or paystubs as recent as you can. When I filed I provided just my previous year's Tax Return, that same year's W-2, Current Paystubs for the last couple paychecks I'd received, as well as a complete Check History Report I was able to get from my employer with the entire year in summary.

    Thank you

Sorry but confused, 2017 taxes aren't done until after 31st December 2017. 2016 taxes covered 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016 and the most up to date year you can be expected to provide at the moment

    Thank you everyone
