My husband was in texax almost ten years ago for one year, which means he recieves a ten year ban. Since then he has been in Mexico and will make his 10 year annivesary on Feb. 2018. unfortunately his interview came up earlier than expected and they denied hime. They gave hime a blue paper stating he is denied and cannot enter the states until Feb 2018 or pay $930 for a waiver which takes months for an approval. We decided to wait the five months until he can enter. What we dont understand is what happens once February comes. Do we contact anyone? The paper gave no indication on what happens next.
