You would not be able to file for her.
I'm not planning on filling for my step mom at this point. I'm only filling for my biological parents. what do I need to include in the package besides the I130 forms and my birth certificate?
Thank you!

This ^^^^^. If it was after your 18th birthday, then you can only petition for your mother and father and then your father would have to petition for your stepmother.
Good Luck!
(2) Petitions for More than Two Parents .
There is no limitation on the number of parents for whom a single petitioner may file visa petitions. For example, if the (alien) natural parents of the petitioner divorced and both remarried other aliens prior to the petitioner’s 18 th birthday, the petitioner could file petitions for his natural mother, his natural father, his stepmother and his stepfather.Hello,
Thank you for the reply! what should I include in the packages besides the I130 forms AND my birth certificate that shows both parents names? do I need to submit their divorce certificate as well?

Thanks for the reply! Yes, he was remarried prior to my 18th birthday. That being said, I'm not planning on applying for my step mom at this point. Would the process be any different if he was remarried after my 18th birthday?
Thanks again!

Hello everyone!
I'm getting ready to start the process of filling I130 forms for my parents. Since they are divorced and my father is now married to someone else, is it still possible for me to bring both of them to live here? will the process be any different if they were still married?
Thank you!

to file for my father it mentions that I need to submit a copy of my parents’ civil marriage certificate. Since they are divorced, what should I submit instead?
