Of course there is the risk ... thanks to the Philippines archaic laws.   ... don't get me started.

Not wanting to get you started ... but is the risk high enough to avoid returning to PI together ?

Cuz if so, it would seem annulment would be the better option, though it could take 3-5 years from what I understand.  kinda crappy.

We don't really email each other either. Our chat and call logs were sufficient coupled with a few greetings cards.

    That's good to hear.

We've exchanged cards, but always on a personal visit.  I sent a package once, but it never arrived to her, so I gave up on that route.   We do have copies of those cards though.

I've recently sent flowers and can provide those receipts.

I'd say you have a lot of evidence and that's very good. You can take a few screenshots from your chatlogs, emails, call logs and send in boarding passes and  hotel and restaurant receipts from the recent visits but do mention about the amount of trips you made to see your fiancee. If you dont remember the exact dates you will have stampings on your passport so you can show that as well.

So, you're saying that I should only list the visits for which I have documentation of?

I'd prefer not to provide a copy of my passport; official birth certificate to establish citizenship

  4. I've visited my fiance on five occasions over the past three years, but don't have records of the first two trips.  I plan on visiting her once more times before we file the K1 visa.  Do I need to provide evidence of each visit, or just a few will be sufficient?  I have boarding passes for the last visit and travel itinerariies/hotel receipts for the previous three visits.

Also, for proof of relationship - my fiance and I communicate daily, but almost exclusivity through FB/Messenger.  We've exchanged cards when we've met.  Should we have more emails, etc?  Or will the chat and call lots from FB/Messenger be sufficient?
