Hello everyone, I read on the uscis online that my case was sent to department of state  for visa processing stating as follows:

Case Was Sent To The Department of State

On November 27, 2018, we sent your case, Receipt Number number # to the Department of State for visa processing.You can find general information on Consular Processing by visiting our website at www.uscis.gov .The website will provide information on what to do next, who to contact, and how to inform us of any changes in your situation or address. 

pls I need to know what are the possibilities since I had an interview 18 months ago  and they asked me for several documents but I couldn't submit them all that's why they sent me 6 months ago that my case is expiring soon so I lost hope then I read now that my case was sent to department of state for visa processing . It's been 20 days and Idk what visa processing means. Thanks
 

She lives in the states bec she works there and can't leave her job before at least 2 yrs or she will loose her retirement benefits and preferably has to stay 5 yrs to earn retirement full benefits

Yes I have to focus on my case and I will follow all your advices and I do appreciate your help 

Do you mean insurance docs and wills here in Turkey or in the states ? I will ask a lawyer about this issue if I can do it here because Idk the procedures

Yes we plan to open joint account next time and share property together here in Turkey

All couples aren't living together when they apply and I see some never see each other for yrs and have seen each other only few times maybe doesn't exceed twice

Everything is recorded on the passport and we gave them copies of all the trips and she used to come every 2 months bec she used to let her coworkers work for her but she can't do that all the time so now she comes in October, February and June every time for 2 weeks

I hope they will make background checks before they decide.

Ppl when get married fast and file fast it's skeptical and they consider it for immigration purposes and we get married after meeting several times for at least 6 times within a year and meant not to file fast to prove also that this is a permanent marriage and not for immigration but they are also skeptical 

Yes 3 months is not enough. How often do you think should meet each other ?

We will wait for another 2 yrs or so if they refuse because she comes often every 3 or 4 months. I do appreciate your reply and good luck to you aswell

I know I just need to know how long it takes to refuse because I know they refuse fast when they see no solution. Maximum 45 days or less than 2 months 

My wife lives with me when she comes here and we tried to open joint account but I was not constant at work but now we can. BTW I am from Turkey.I just want to know how long will it take to send me refusal note? 

Yes bec I need to buy the house in cash so if it's not marriage so what is ? We are not young ppl to marry and divorce at this age or we will be every one alone rest of his life

I didn't want to go there til I save money to buy a house in the states that's why I was postponing til I have good amount so we don't suffer there bec she pays quarter of her salary and I help her by 30percent of her salary every month so I was afraid to go there til I save good money to buy a house and get rid of the rent

She stayed once 6 months when she was sick and recovering from a surgery but often she comes for 10 days because of her job

Hi everybody, pls I need to ask about what can I do because I was interviewed and got white paper without asking any documents for ir1 visa as I am married to my wife usc 8 yrs ago and we didn't open joint account. CO asked how we met and I answered but I was so tired bec I haven't slept that night bec I was so worried so it appeared that i was scared and not focusing on what I say so he returned my passport and said will call me when takes a decision. When he knew that we don't have joint account or any shared property he was suspicious. We are at the same age 59 yrs old. He took only our marriage certificate and my 2 previous divorces certificates. It's been 50 days now and the case was updated only one time a week ago so I need to know since he didn't ask me to submit additional evidence bec my wife comes every 4 months and it's indicated in the files and I told him that we can open joint account when she arrives next time but he didn't comment so what is my situation and he gave me back my passport and white paper marked administrative processing box without asking for documents. It's been 7 weeks so if he wants to refuse me how long will it take and how can he accept me without submitting additional evidence since he is suspicious. My case says under administrative processing and I emailed the embassy 5 days after the interview and the reply was mandatory administrative processing and I  emailed again a week ago after the status has been updated to ask if I can submit additional evidence because my wife will arrive next month but they didn't reply. Are there any clue of what might happen or the decision since he was suspicious and returned my passport. We are married until now for 8 yrs and we kept meeting each other 10 months before we got married and it's proved in her trips because she visits me every around 4 months continuously because she works in the flight career. . When she arrives next time and open joint account will it be good to send it to the embassy or  prefer to wait for their decision and the joint account is enough in this situation or we need to have joint property. Thanks for your help because I have no experience of what might happen and I do appreciate your response all you dears.
