    Hi Leandro, we are also a gay couple (engaged).  I live in New York and my fiance in Cuba.  We are getting ready to submit the I-129F this month.  With the new restriction, I was wondering if I will be allowed to go back to Cuba to be with my boyfriend the day of his interview.  Would you know any gay couple that has completed their process?   Please share any experience.  Thank you.

      Hi Leandro, hope everything is well.  I have a question about the K1, I'm almost done with my petition package and I hope I can submit this week.  My question, do we need to submit a biometric form now?  When I read the instructions it does mention not to include now, that they will later ask for that if they need it.  Is that correct?  I'm trying to ensure I don't make any mistakes when I submit the application.  Thanks,  hectormorales1967@gmail.com and my cell is 917-592-8555.

      Thanks Leandro, by the way how is everything in FL.?  Are you ok after the storm?  Is your fiance doing ok in Cuba also after the storm?  I had a hard time getting in touch for a few days but we finally were able to connect again.  Hope everything is well with you guys.

      Hi Leandro, thank you for your reply.  Yes I have another question.  Almost 20 years ago I married someone else using this process and on the K1 it does ask if we ever done this process before to provide the petition filing date.  I don't remember that date, would you know if I leave that in blank or enter unknown would they reject back my petition?  I need to ensure I do everything right to avoid any delays or rejections, we are really in love and we do have a real bona fide relationship.  Also congrats and all the best with your journey this 2nd time and I hope everything goes very well for you and your fiance all the best.  If you like you can email me at hectormorales1967@gmail.com and my cell is 917-592-8555.  I attached a picture of my and fiance from July when the next day after we got engaged.  Hope to hear from you soon and thank you very much.  Best Regards.
