Hello family 

I will like to know how possible it is to file for a new spouse after one failed marriage. I filed for my ex husband using the fiancé visa 3 years ago n after we got married things went bad and he started abusing me physically. I divorced him quickly because the abuse was getting out of hand. I then met my new husband now and we got married last year. I would like to know my chance filing for him and bringing him to the states

I will like to know how long it normally take for one to get their visa after you submit necessary documents at DHL office in Accra 

Did the embassy include any instructions, As in book for another interview? What does the ceac status say? 

So sorry to hear this. Ghana is a tough embassy and having an engagement party with a pastor blessing it proves marriage to them. 

I am kind of confused now. Ghana embassy contacts applicants now before they start anything? And how long will it take to hear from them? 

Did you have to wait to be contacted by the embassy to book an interview date?
