Just updating this thread to say that S had her interview 4/12/21 at Minneapolis office. Recommended for approval and have received notice USCIS has scheduled an oath ceremony.

Original N400 file date was 2/23/2020.

Spouse had interview at Minneapolis office yesterday. Very straightforward. Officer recommended for approval, and this morning USCIS sent notice that an oath has been scheduled. Now a waiting game to see if we get the date in the mail or in the online portal faster!

Checked online today and it says the card is being produced! So happy to have that checked off the list. Now to find the energy to submit the citizenship application...

Ugh. Just checking in as we have received an RFE! The reasoning behind it....

UM.... DUH?! We submitted the application in 2017!!! Is this crazy to anyone else that we got an RFE? How is this even our fault? 😫

Oh wow! This is not good news.... even longer a delay....

Got our biometrics appointment letter, October 6th! I've been pleased with how quickly they've been processing, but alas know that after biometrics it's going to turn into the real waiting game...

Midwest here also, not sure of the shops you have but we have Lund's, Hy-Vee, and Kowalski's and they all have a British aisle... Hy-Vee tends to be the best... we stock up on baked beans, Ribena and other squash, custard, proper mint sauce, jams, crisps, etc. and it has kept us quite happy. But yes, when we visit England (once a year, twice if we're lucky) we still love to fill our suitcases and occasionally mum will send some chocolates.
