Took them less than 10 business days for my AP. :)

  2. So we had our interview last week oct 10 we are missing w2s and passport biopage of our Co sponsor which is my father in law. My question here is anybody out here who got an instruction that after you completed the missing document you have to sent back to the embassy by 2go along with the missing documents with your passport in it? They gave me back my passport and said to mail it back to them along with missing documents. Is there anybody here experience this? And how long did you wait? If it’s only taxes that’s been missing. We just sent in the missing document last weekend. TIA

We filed my wife's I-130/I-130a at the Manila embassy on October 11 and it was approved on Oct 25. I have completed the I-864 and filed the DC-260 and received the confirmation. We have assembled the required documents. Will I be contacted by the embassy or should I reach out to them for the next step. Thanks for your help.

LoL, I was born in the Philippines so I went for a visit 12 years ago so I don't just go to the Philippines for my husband's sake.  Besides I didn't know him them, we just got married this May 5, 2017.  So my purpose for my temporary stay in the Philippines was to plan a wedding, meet the in-laws, and petition him through direct consular filing (fastest route, but need to show 6 months stay) that is why I am here for 8 months.

a proof of dominicile you can pass is your federal income tax
