CR1, my interview approval date is Aug 15, 2017, the visa package was delivered to the post office on Sep 5, 2017.

Will POE keep the package? or Will the package be returned to me? Or return to USCIS?

ais.usvisa-info.com shows the status appointment. It looks they have not sent out my passport. How long does it take to get the passport averagely?

I had my IR-1 interview on Aug 15, 2017 and I was told I was approved and given the welcome sheet. Since then, my case's status is "issued", but I have not received my passport yet. Is it normal? I am a little nervous because my B2 visa was cancelled when I acrossed the boarder last month. I saw many people got their passport back within 3 days of the interview. Thank you.
