  1. Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster.
Hoping for some guidance, or reassurance or something!

So, despite the long wait between NOA1 and 2. Everything has mostly gone according to timeframe regarding the whole K1 process. I even had my medical a few two weeks before my scheduled visa interview (June 7th). However I've now encountered an issue that has me floundering.

I have unusually high blood pressure, and the Visa Medical people had asked me to get a management plan from my GP before they send off the medical results to the embassy. Due to the long wait times iv only just been in to see my GP, who has informed me that he cannot devise a management plan until he has run some tests. He has me scheduled for blood tests, and ECG and a 24 BP monitor test. The blood test I'm scheduled to get done tomorrow, the ECG on the 12th and apparently the 24 BP monitor test can take weeks to schedule. So I'm in a bit of a loss on how to proceed.

My practise have said they can provide me with a letter explaining my scheduled tests but my doctor has stated that this letter alone will not satisfy the Visa Medical people without the results of all these tests and a treatment plan.

I suppose I'm looking to you all now for any confirmation or advise. Will a letter explaining the steps we're taking not be sufficient for the Visa Medical people to send my result from their test through? Do I still go to the interview despite not having the medical results sent through or should I call to postpone the interview?

    any help appreciated.
