    Hi All,

I'm at the Vermont Service Center.

Received a letter on 11/08/21 dated 11/01/21 that extends Conditional Resident Status for 24 months.  So, we have an additional 6 months past the original 18-month extension.

We've had no other communication since the original 18-month extension; the plan is to apply for citizenship in March.

Congrats to those of you who have received your cards…keep holding on to the rest of you who are still waiting!

My question is do we know you can apply for citizenship if you are still waiting for renewal? Or do you have to wait until it is successfully renewed?

    Hello!

So! Thought id update this forum even though I'm originally a November filer because it did not arrive there until December.

    I filed 30th November, 2020. I mailed with 3- day priority.

Stuck with USPS for 3 weeks!

Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox 26th December.

Checked my bank account this morning to see the check was cashed 29th Jan!

Waiting for the notice of action in the mail!🎉

Green card and driving license both expired 22nd Jan, 2021.

Hope this helps with other timelines.

Just out of curiosity when you say it was stuck with USPS for three weeks (sucky!) and it was delivered on the 26th are you basing that on USPS tracking only?

    Hello,

I'm posting this in Jan/2021 as well  - my window began late December 28th, 2020. We sent my documents via UPS on 12/28 and UPS says is was delivered the follow day, 12/29.

However, I have not received an e-notification (is that what they call lock box?) or any emails/texts at this point. Do you think that’s because of holidays? Any thoughts?

I’m filing jointly with my spouse. I originally entered the US on an L1-A.

For the groups knowledge here’s what we sent:

    • Form G-1145 (request for e-notification)
    • Form G-1450 (authorizing a credit card transaction for the filing fee of $680.00)
    • Form I-751
    • Copy of my permanent resident card
    • Copy of our apartment rental agreement with joint occupancy
    • Copies of statements from our joint checking and savings accounts
    • Copy of the car insurance policy, showing joint coverage
    • Copy of our renter’s insurance, showing joint coverage
    • Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage
    • Photographs of us together on various trips and from our day-to-day life.

Hello! We are in a similar boat—we sent it later (Jan 6th 2021) but never received notification of receipt only USPS tracking told us it arrived. What happened for you/any updates? I’m worried since we filled out G1145 and it’s been more than two weeks.

Noooooo why are you saying that :( Why are they making this process so hard :/ we just want to be with our loved ones ❤️😩 How did this whole thing take 3-4 months a few years ago ?!?

I was thinking the same thing as I perused the old timelines a couple years ago....in the past some took half the time that I'm waiting now.  I can't even imagine that! :crying:

  5. Hey Sept people! (and any potentially knowledgeable lukers)  I had a question about travel permission out of the country once you have gotten married and are doing all the necessary steps/paperwork for residency/work visa.  My future hubby's brother is getting married in September and I wasn't sure if he would even be able to go to the wedding.  By that time he should be in the states and married to me by my calculation.  I just wasn't sure if anyone knows how long it takes after you get married to get permission to travel back to your native country (in his case Spain).

    Any info appreciated!

  6. Hey September filers!  I mailed the 129f via USPS so I sent it to the Dallas Lockbox and received my NOA1 from the WAC/Laguna Nigel/California Service Center.  With that being said I want to make sure I enter the timeline correctly but I'm confused on a couple things.

    1) When I try to choose lockbox on my timeline Dallas is not an option--do I put the Texas Service Center?

    2) My NOA1 was addressed from the California Service Center --does that mean I have been transferred to them? Or do I need to wait for an official letter saying it has been transferred like I have read other people have received?

    Thanks and good luck everyone!

I too am curious about this.  My fiance has been in and out of the US twice (with me) on a travel visa but now that we are filling the K1 fiance visa paperwork I see that it is part of the "evidence you must submit" part of the 129f filing paperwork.  I left 38 blank since he's not in the US but was curious if I need to print out his I-94 paperwork which just highlights his last two entries in the US and his I-94 number and just have it as an extra paper added to the stack.  Any insight would be appreciated.

@awh0007 what did you do in the end?  @KULtoATL any thoughts?
