We got our NOA2 approved on Mar 1st and NVC email us that US Embassy in SEOUL KOR approved our request for expedited processing.

Till the interview, are there any forms for a petition to fill out? also when the interview day, does the applicant have to be present?

On the letter said: " The following does not constitute evidence of meeting in person: disc, videos, emails, letters, phone bills, and greeting cards" .... I guess i will still submit thoes evidences.. thank you.

I sent couple photographs and airline tickets(2 visits from Korea and 1 visit from State)

I thought I was getting out of long silent NOA1, but they are asking for more evidence.

1. Submit evidence from the beneficiary that he or she plans to marry you within 90 days

2. Written statement from you or beneficiary stating that you have met in person and containing details of the date and circumstance of the meeting (which I have submitted first but again?)

3. Copies of airline ticket stubs and receipt (which I have submitted at first and asking again)

4. Copies of passport that how the identification page and admission stamps

5. Any evidence that will help the USCIS to determine that you have met the beneficiary within the two years; and/or

6. Photograph of you and beneficiary

Is there any format I should follow? I have submitted the 2-6 evidence but I think it's just a random pick.... or there might be the format I did not follow?

Can anyone advise me to make sure I do not get rejected with this documents?

Will this take much longer again like NOA1? or is this a part of NOA2???

Thanks for the information. She does have a return ticket and she also has a tourist visa that is legal.

Hi,

I figured this Fiance visa status is going to take awhile, so my fiance decided to visit me in late October for 10 days.

Would she be okay to visit U.S during the visa is processing? I don't think it matters but I just wanted to check we are not going to get a trouble when we interview her visa.

I have submitted my form in July and July 10th received NOA1.

I was wanting to see if there are any filer from May or June have received the NOA2 yet?

I'v been researching and NOA2 takes about 100~110 days. And my case has been only 42days yet... This part is very frustrating....
