    See attached… A permanent resident has a current processing time of Dec. '16 Whereas a US Citizen is only as of Nov '16. for i-130 IRs

    Not sure what you mean by that. What processing?

     

    I just meant that often times the permanent resident applying for a spouse has a better processing date than a US Citizen applying for a spouse at the same location.

  3. Does anyone know why the current processing times provided by the USCIS on egov.uscis.gov were last updated as of Jun 30th? Are they not updated on the 15th of every month? Where is July and now August's update? 

     

    Also the processing time i-130 appears to sometimes go backwards why would that be?

     

    And how does it make sense for permanent residences to get a faster processing time than US Citizens?
