I applied at the the US Embassy in Manila. That what I was thinking to do, to apply for another visa application. It is a holiday at Monday also, so I will probably give it until Wednesday or Thursday, and if they don't renew it by then, I will obtain my passport and get another type of visa. 

Around how long do you think it will take? If they haven't renewed it by next week, should I just get my passport from the embassy and possibly get another type of visa for it? 

If I contact them, will they allow emergency processing? Im in panic mode now. Please anyone, what should I do? 

Last week, I had to the send the 221g document of my i20 form of my school, which I forgot to bring to the embassy. They recieved the 221g documents at August 15th and I still haven't recieved my issued passport. Right now it still in the embassy where it is processing. I will be leaving for the States at the 26th and I need my passport with the visa asap. Why is it taking so long and what should I do to now? I need them to quicken the processing and I need to recieve my passport now.
