My fiance is a british citizen from the Philippines. She was married and divorced in the Uk. She did not keep her Philippine citizenship. She said that she is still listed as married in the Philippines. Will this prevent her from getting a k-1 visa?

She is still using her married name.

my wife and I got married last may, she received her green card this past september. her son died in October. she was very depressed. I come home from work the morning of dec. 11th and all her belongings were gone, as was she and her dog. she left a note apologizing for leaving . received notification from usps that she had changed her address. I have no idea where she is . the letter sounded like she was done with our marriage but i'm not sure. I have had no contact with her since she left. I would hope we can work this out. what are my responsibilities regarding her well being and immigration status.
