I was hoping people who've traveled with an AP who also had/have a deportation order would share their experience about coming back into the USA? I am at a crossroad with my case. I can either take the risk of leaving the country on a cruise to come back in as a means of having a lawful entry but could possibly not be allowed back in. Or I can file a I212 but have to wait 8-9 months and face an employment gap and plus my TPS expires in a year. I am married to a US citizen but was brought here illegally by my mom and also received a deportation under her case when I was 9.
Has anyone successful left with the circumstances I mention above and what was your experience?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. I am glad to say that I left the country and came back without any hiccups. I traveled with my husband and son on a cruise and came back 2 days later as of yesterday and coming back in was painless. I am a woman of faith and decided to move with the peace that I felt to move forward. Blessings and favor to anyone else in similar circumstances who decides to travel out of the country on Advance Parole.
