Exactly she has to go back to Jamaica before she can get any green card cause she was not inspected she came through Mexico border illegal & just let go out in america 

Can anyone help me with this question my friend came through the border illegally her son who is a u.s citizen want to petition for her. Don’t she will have to go back to Jamaica cause she didn’t get inspected or granted any asylum

I filed a 1130 petition for my husband may 2021. I only received a notice with a receipt number and ithe service center which is Nebraska  can anyone tell me what next & how long more I have to wait for the next step. When I check the chart I see where they passed may so I am wondering if I will hear something soon.

Can anyone please help me with this I filed a 130 for my husband I got a letter with the receipt & priority day. But the receipt # begins with IOE I don’t understand which service center his application at.

I got letter that they accepted my petition with priority date and receipt number.

Well I got form I-797C with the receipt number and priority date. And saying currently processing the Above case for the following beneficiaries ok.

They sent me a receipt number and a letter said that they are processing the petition I guess it is moving on to nvc

Can anyone please tell me what next after they accepted my I 130 petition for my husband?

Ok I read it but we don’t have any child, house, etc together we only just married 10 month. I live in America so what kinda bank account we can have together. Could use the Affidavits sworn to or affirmed third parties if so how many persons can write & sign  for us
