it is what the USC is given to prepare the taxes, most embassy only ask for tax transcripts, however when my husband went to his they asked for my W2's and letter of employment, I have been at the same company for 8 years, lucky I had sent him a copy of my evaluation which they accepted.
We have the tax transcripts and cheques from the company that my husband works but no letter of employment or anything else

we say stay calm (or keep your cool)
be confident in the relationship
know about your spouse
they may ask anything but if you know spouse well you can answer things
Thanks 🙂 even though we have more than 5 year together i feel like i would say something wrong or stress out or forget something. I will try to be calm.

because each CO is different and no 2 cases are the same we would only be able to give you generic information, and that is to stay calm, make sure you have tax transcripts, some have also been asked for W2, also answer honestly and truthfully.
Thank you 🙂 . What is a W2?

The appointment letter should have told you needed documents
1 medical exam
2 Tax documents for the income
3 criminal report
and any other documents they want to see the original
Some of these documents i have send them by dhl almost all of them now with me i have my passport, 2 photos ,tax documents and proof that i and my husband have been together for 5 years. Don't know what to expect when I go inside

Unless you feel terrible, high fever and throwing up, I would go. So you don't have to re-schedule. Like SusieQQQ said, they care for big issues like TB, etc. Good luck.
No no thank to god that no. I just have cracked voice and a little bit of scratch on my throat . But even if i was that bad i would have gone. Thank you so much you don't know how stressed I was.

They don’t care about that. They care about things like TB, syphilis, etc.
I hope so because i don't know what else to do. I'm drowning on tea and garlic to help me with this flu . Thank u so much

I don't know what to do . I'm trying my best to drink warm fluids and just take paracetamol but no good news. What to do and what to expect? I would really appreciate your answers. Thank you

If you were visiting Syria, Iraq, or Iran, it would be a problem.
Have fun in Italy.
Thank you 😘

I'm traveling to Italy and there's no need for a visa there. But i was concerned that they might use this to question my intentions and i don't know, I'm really stressed out i don't want to mess up my one chance because i booked my flight before i knew that they had send me an email to start preparing for the interview.

What's the specific potential problem?
I'm afraid that they might deny my visa because it might look suspicious to leave the country before my embassy appointment.I searched the internet for similar situations but couldn't find anything

No actually for this trip i don't need a visa just my passport and the ticket. My fear is that when i have to go to do the interview they will question me and i don't want to be denied my visa . Its like a mini holiday before going to the interview. Sorry for not specifying.

Ok guys finally we got our interview date set and im very happy for that. But i have a problem : i booked an international flight before i knew the interview date was 18 April. My trip is from 29 march till 6 April. Can i still go ? Please help me 😑😑 will this be a problem for the embassy and will they deny my visa. Thanks

no it had nothing to do with my home country it was because of NVC and even though we emailed our documents. That's how long usually NVC takes to complete your application and send it to the embassy. But the embassy didn't take so long only one business day to issue the visa.
I hope the same happens to me . Thank u 😊

We were approved on April 12, 2017 and my interview was on Aug 17, 2017. (4 months and a few days)
Still a long time but its better than another full year . Maybe it depends of the country the beneficiary is .

Ours was in Nebraska and it took a year and 10 months to get approved. 22 MONTHS.
After the approval how long did it take till the interview?

Transfer means when u call uscis ask them that you want to speak to tier 2 officer. Officer can request a enquiry about your case like what is the condition now to check. Why its taking long time etc.
Ohh i thought it was to move from California office to another one. I will do this thank you . Maybe it will work

When you call ask them to transfer to tier 2 officer. You can ask for case inquiry i guess. Also petitioner can speak to local congressman who can contact uscis.
I don't think that the transfer will be possible because it can take more time ,and being patient isn't really my thing as you can tell 😋

Well, their processing time says average processing time of 15-19 months. You just have to sit tight. Looks like you will get NOA2 soon. Unless you are waiting for more than the listed processing time, you can’t do anything about it.
On a good note, this lengthy processing time will not delay overall time between i130 submission and the interview date.
I hope so ,it is very frustrating. Thank you 😊

Hi everybody, on 17 January of 2017 we applied for the form I-130 . Immediately they sent us that they received the application but now it has been like 15 months and nothing. By this time i should have received my approval email and should have been in the NVC office . We have called them and they say the same thing over and over that we should see how the processing times are. We are worried and confused. Please if someone know how to proceed it would mean a lot to me. Thank you
-
Hey guys. Today it marks one year since the day I filed for the i -130 and no approval . What do you know ?

Yes..based on the post in other topics I see pd with dec 2016 not received any approval..Only till nov 2016 got their approval
I think that they follow a new pattern 1year and 1 month till approval and the only thing they say when you call is to check the visa bulletin. Based on that, we can calculate when our visa can be ready. In the moment we are speaking the visa is available for all the applicants before January 2016 . You can check the bulletin here on visa journy
