 i am starting the process to apply for my spouse immigration. I am US citizen but not sure if I should do concurrent filing? My spouse is still overseas so should I also file I-485 or not?

Also, what does i-130a entails apparently my spouse needs to submit that too with i-130.

Yeah its been over 3 weeks and haven’t got anything for social, ssa is saying that it depends on immigration and dhs to approve her for social, which doesnt make sense since she already got approved for visa and everything.

     My wife finally got her migrant visa and will be moving here soon. I was wondering if someone can guide me in how to get social security card for my wife is that some thing which can only be done when she gets here, what will be required to get social. When i was filling out ds-261 i chose the option for social security card. Another question was in regards to getting state id, as she will be new and to get an id you need to provide proof of residence, so i was wondering what steps should i take for that. Lastly for green card, how long does it take for uscis to mail you one after submitting the fees and if i can mail it to a different address thenwhat my wife gave during her interview.

Yeah i uploaded everything, but what i am concern about is medical report which my spouse took with her to embassy and since it was sealed we never uploaded it but embasse did keep all the reports with them though.

Well if you are enroute and they dnt ask for envelope please do let me know.

   My spouse got approved for her us immigration visa and just recieved her visa and passport from the courier service but she was told that from 2018 they are not doing sealed envelopes at port of entry and everything is online. Can snyone confirm it or have any information about it?

Where can i fill out my timeline?

I submitted my i-130 and the whole package for my spouse’s immigration in august. I have got the reciept with the number and everything. The thing is my case status hasnt been updated since septermber, saying that you should be recieving  the receipt. I called USCIS and was told that they are working november 2016 cases, how long do i have to wait , have they increased the processing times?

Yeah i send I-130a too, but haven't recieved email or text. UPS said they delivered it on thursday.

I mailed my I-130 package with supporting documents and g-1145 e notification , last week. When should i expect to hear anything back like they have recieved my application or if they have accepted it or any communication at all? I just want to be sure they have atleast recieved my application
