I am so happy to announce my case got apporoved too!

I thought I was the only September filer still left. Well, there was a little bit of rerouting but I am happy we got the approval finally.

A quick question. Is there anything I should do to speed up the next steps? Like getting medical done right now or I134 ready asap. And when should I expect the packet thing?

I am probably going to have an interview at the Vancouver, BC consulate.

hi, I was wondering if a case gets transfered to other service center, the petitioner receives a new receipt number? What happend to the old receipt number?

As my earlier post describes, my petiton was filed to the Chicago and assigned MSC#. Now my fiance and I are hoping the case to be forwarded to Nebraska Service Center asap.

hi, I am a new member on this board.

My fiancee and I just filed I-129F petition for me.

We are engaged and not married yet.

Today I just noticed we sent the petition to a wrong place. I read the I-129F instruction and we were supposed to file it to Nebraska service center instead of Chicago office.

Well, the strange thing is we still got NOA1 from Chicogo saying the process would take 60-180days.

Does that mean Chicago office will do the work or they will eventually send the package to Nebraska?

Has anyone had the same situation like mine?
