I don't really know what your reference to the military means, but this is a standard receipt notice telling you that they received your application and they want you to make sure that your information is correct. That's it. This has nothing to do with biometrics or anything else. At some point in the next few weeks you will be scheduled for a biometrics appointment and they will send you a letter informing you where to go and at what time.
