just curious about RFE after interview & request for tax returns

N400 through marriage. 

I filed 8/1/16. I had my interview last July 31, 2017. Got an RFE right after my interview. They needed my tax returns. Submitted it Sept 2, then got approved sept 4. Now I received my Oath ceremony notice. Oath taking on Aug 23 at 7Am, in Houston Texas. Finally, journey will be over soon.

Hi, I had my interview for citizenship last 7/31. I received RFE the same day. I mailed back the RFE 2 days after. Then my case online changed to "Oath ceremony notice was mailed" last 8/8.

BUT when I tracked the timeline, it says that ""We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review.""

I called USCIS and asked if they could give me a date for my oath, but they said to just wait for the mail. I don't understand, is my case approved? or there could be another RFE?
