Salam yes alhumduillah we got our visa. And no they didn't call we got a text meassge and plus u can track ur passport on travel docs 

They sent us a email 

When should i get a call for the passport to pick it up.?

So after submitting a second medical in Islamabad pakistan how long do they take to issue the visa?

After u gave the medical how many updates did u get etc.. can u tell me in detail?

Nah nothing yet thats the question i have my case hasn't been updates but i can track my passport now so how can that be im sure my case should have a date change?? Any suggestions

Yes my wife did.. u have to submit it at a american Express who then take the documents to the embassy. All u have to do is go to travel docs fill in ur details and they guy takes the medical and gives u a papers that shows what u submitted.. before i could never track my wifes passport but now on the travel doc website it shows that the embassy has it. Is that a good sign?

Gonna pick it up Wednesday and submit it. Nah embassy had the passport so took photo copies

How long was ur sister in AP? and after doing the second medical did u get any updates or nothing at all?

Removing conditions is because CR1 couples are newly married and basically they want to see if you stay together, etc. hence the word conditional.

You won't have to remove those conditions but if you're interested just search "CR1 how to remove conditions."

So when u went on ur profile it automatically changed to ir1?

Ours started as a CR1 and changed automatically to an IR1after our 2nd anniversary, while it was either at NVC or at the embassy. 

If yours hasn't be SURE to let them know because you don't want to enter the US with a CR1 and then have to fix it. CR1 couples have to go through another process to remove conditions from the visa. 

How will i do that? And what do u mean we have to remove conditions?
