Hello.I am an American citizen and i live in the usa.i filed i-130 for my mum and my two sons.Am on the final huddle in this process.My first son is 14yrs and the younger one is 11yrs but when my mom and my sons went to their interview on the 27th of july last month, they were given form 221g because they said my younger son who is 11yrs old who was represented by my mother on that day has to have power of attorney to represent him at the interview,they also said the culd not find my 2016 tax forms therefore my mother has to send them again via dhl to Nairobi embassy.we sent the documents mentioned above on the 31st of july.How long does the processing take and is there anyone that has had a similar situation?
