Exactly when is your priority date. Because they are at 1995 for f3 in your country now.

And the problem is, that we don't know how fast visa bulletin will move, it might slow down and you might wait +15 years insted of 12 and your daughter won't be eligible for CSPA.
lets be possitive...we can never tell.If not then we'll try getting b2 visa instead...lol

It was my Mom who is doing all the followups..I even thought it will never come anymore..so decided to just get married. Then this happend. Actually she did get a lawyer. This is my second time being petitioned..I used to live in California for 3 years..but decided to go back.for stustudied and never had the chance to go back after..now theydecided to petition me again...
will it really take me 12 years to wait? my My daughter is 10, she might aged out when that time comes..

No need of lawyer, it's easy to do it yourself if your case isn't complicated.
You received a Welcome letter, it means that NVC opened your case for further processing. That's actually a good question, why did you get married?

Oh, you mentioned, that you just received visa, so thought, that you already did have an interview as F1. Anyway, the wait time is 12 years now.
sorry wrong word, are u in the States now? do we have the same category?

Daughter is not a problem, but the husband is. When you received a visa, you had to remain unmarried, to enter US, receive a GC and only then to marry and apply for your husband, what would have taken 2 years. I'm afraid, that your F1 visa can be revoked now.
no my mom is a US citizen.I think that helps a lot.It can only be revoked I think if my mom is an LPR.

Yes, your PD is the same, only waiting time is different for F1 and F3. You'll have to wait another 12 years to get a visa. If you had not been married, you already have received a visa by now.
I have a daughter who is 10 now..will this be a problem.? true, just received my visa.
