my spouse was not asked  but I know someone else was asked for. If u request a copy now you should recieve it by the time u go..what happened to your copy or the one sent to your lawyer. Please let me know if u need more help. Don’t be nervous the process is nerve racking but we had a good experience. 

I called NCV and they told me that embassy should have it in the same. After all why would I need the original when the approval came from the NVC.. nevertheless will all the anxiety you get nervous with things.  We will wait for the interview this coming thrusday sep 28

We did already. I do not know why we paid her I did all the work.  Lucky we have the courtesy original copy. I do not see any post indicating that people are asked for this waiver approval letter hence my inquiry. I freak out because I saw a YouTube video and the guy was saying that he provided the form.. interview letter does indicate either.

hopefully someone can help with this question. My spouse will have interview sept 28. Our lawyer lost the original approval waiver letter but we have the courtesy copy that we got. I'm nervous because I don't know if they need the original? Please anyone shed light

I had a lawyer who for got to sent birth certificate and did not say anything about police report as well. Luckily, I called the NVC like 2 weeks after I sent DS 260 and asked them if there were any documents missing and they told it was the birth certificate and police report. If you call NVC are very helpful.  My lawyer did not even know you have to do finger printer in Mexico before interview. See my other post about police certificate. My spouse appt is Sept 28, 2017.

Per interview letter a more recent police certificate is needed if, " He or she obtained a police certificate and submitted it to NVC more than one year ago"

So you need a new one after one year.

I am so glad you were approved and certificate work. My spouse interview is coming up September 28, 2017.  Other than the police certificate what other documents they requested for you to show. how  many days it took to get your visa on DHL

Thank you. My sister made me nervous because she said that her cowoker was there 30 days and I heard similar stories.

how many days it took to get the visa.. I book hotel and airplane tickets for 4 days extra after interview.. I'm nervous

yes it is legit. It has original apostillado.. you have to send them copy of your passport and someone in Mexico goes to the appropriate office and ask for it and then they sent it to you.. give them a call they can explain they are familiar tell them the reason you need it for

This is how I got the letter of antecedentes no penales for my spouse. This company is based in Texas and they get the letter from mexico for you. Just need a passport and the cost I believe is 390. They are super nice and helpful . You could ask for Zulma.  It take about 3-5 business days.
