I am very new to this website and my first first questions to you are:
1. If my partner (Brazilian) applies for a visitor visa and not the fiance visa, and then gets denied, is he still eligible to apply for the fiance visa one month later? (he may be denied the visitor visa.. I'm not sure what his chances will be).
2. Also, do you know if it's better to go with him to the appointment for the visitor visa or let him go alone? What about to the fiance visa appointment? Best if I go?
