I've heard they can ask you for a drug test if they suspect drug use.

You shouldn't use drugs, and I'm sort of annoyed that you plan to lie about your drug use since if you've used in the United States, you've committed a crime and in my eyes you will be committing fraud when you 'pass' your interview by omitting your drug use.

So, I won't wish you good luck because I hope you get caught.

if you are to receive money as 'tips' there is no reason you should have any issues with anything at all, b/c you do not even have to fill out the employment application, and that paper about texes and being a US citizen, so as long as you dont have to fill out any of that you are fine, and tips.. being in cash, are completely 'under the table' so no1 will know of your income

it woudnt be done in any other form, but a urine test tho, right?

my layer said he's 98% sure they dont even test for marijuana,

and im completley stressed out over it b/c its not like a habit,

its so very occasional, and i dont want it 2 get in the way of

all this paperwork

This is kind of urgent as my exam is tomrrow morning,

and my question is, do they test for drug use?

actualy in particular, just marijuana use?

i read somewhere on the forum that some1 got

denied b/c they ADMITTED to use of marijuana

in the last 3 years, but admitted is not the same

as actually taking a urine test...

does anyone know??
