AT NVC usually means your case review is already complete. call on monday to verify. they schedule interviews the last week of the month to the first week of the next month so you might get lucky and get your interview scheduled in the next or wait another month.

Thanks for the reply. For clarification, i think its only been 2 weeks since I sent my civil documents. I am waiting to be DQ. As you have said if I am lucky there might be a possibility that I already have my Interview Date since upon checking ceac it says “at nvc”?

Its my first time and its confusing.

In order for me to renew my Illinois USRN license I am required to have 20 hours Of Continuing Education units. I am still not practicing nursing in America. 

Where can I find free CE units accredited by Illinois?

In healthcare, we never want to 'burn a bridge' and leave a place in a manner that we cannot go back to, However, visa timing may not coincide with the timing of your 30 day notice at your current facility - and NO, this will not affect your US employers outlook on you if you do not honor the 30 day notice rule - Nor the consul.  THey don't care if you follow your facilities 30 day rule.  Here in the US, it is acceptable to give 2 weeks notice prior to leaving a job.

My experience is already enough without this current hospital i am working. 

Will it affect my pending visa interview if i do not include/declare that i have worked for 1 month and AWOL in this hosp? 

I am planning to resign with my current hospital in the Philippines. They wont allow me to resign without a 30 day notice. 

If i resigned without a 30 day notice its considered as AWOL. 

I am not planning to declare in my DS260 form and other applications the name of my current hospital. 

Will it affect my pending EB3 application and future employments in America?

New petitioner/employer means send again new online ds260 and civil docs? 

I received a call from my immigration lawyer that I was abandoned by my petitioner. 

I have already sent my civil documents for NVC to start processing and waiting for their response.

There are now options to choose for the purpose. Visa USA, Travel Abroad and Travel USA. 

But only stated in the civil docs requirement is "travel abroad". 

Better choose the "travel abroad"? 

For the photocopies it is not necessary for it to be colored copies? Is it okay for it to be in black and white as long as it is clear? 

Is it specified for it to be in long or short paper? 

Send "photocopy" of all civil documents means just a plain black and white photocopy from a photocopier machine right? (No need for a certified true copy)
