But my case number and embassy changed. Should I add the new case number to the old cover sheet then?

I'm confused because I see some people were sent a new one when they called, others were told to add the new number, and many other responses.

Has anyone been able to print or download the Cover Sheet from the ceac website lately?

Or did you get any new responses from NVC as to when the issue will be fixed?

I still get the "Application Error" message in firefox, and "Server Error in '/CTRAC' Application" in chrome and internet explorer. It's been like that for 3 weeks so far.
