Would living with my grandmother at the time of filing, (but still having a decent job, and vehicle) get my wife denied the K-3 Visa?

My wife and I have not sent out the I-130 yet, only because she is still waiting on her passport. The question I have tho is, how can my wife be denied the visa? Where is there information saying that? I guess I must have missed it here, if it's posted somewhere here on the site. Were worried about being denied her visa.

Hello from Dayton, OHIO. I have my fiancee in Cebu City, Philippines. I just got back as of last Wednesday from there! I wanted to introduce myself to everyone, and hope to discuss what i need to do first while I am in the USA, and she's in the Philippines. I am going back in January, or Febuary to Marry her. What can I do while I'm waiting to go back at that time? Thanks!
