I just wanted to get feedback if following the latest instructions exactly concerning empty/blank fields is still advised.

Form I-129F Instructions 04/10/17 state:

"Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed. "

Thus, I've put an "N/A" into absolutely every single blank field, except for Part 1.1 (A-number) ,Part 1.2 (USCIS number), Part 2.2 (A-number), Part 2.3(SS#) which I put NONE into.
So for example, my fiancee has no middle name so Part 2.1.c middle name is "N/A".  I have no postal code or province so part 1.8.g/h.  has "N/A". Etc,..

Is this the best way to do it ?

Note that the example http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-129F.pdf would appear to be out of date with the latest instructions since its full of empty fields.

Hi, I have my Colombian divorce decree that was previously translated to English by a professional translator while still in Colombia back in 2009.   I'm hoping I can use this translation and not pay $150 for a new translation.  

At the bottom of each page the translator put the following:

"This translation has be done by JOSE F SANTI, official translator and interpreter according to resolution No. 0499 issued on April 02, 2004 by the Ministry of the Interior and Justice, Republic of Colombia.  This document is an accurate translation of the original.  5 October, 2009"  

Also stamped on each page is square with his name and basic info, in Spanish, and a line where he actually put his signature:

"JOSE F. SANTI Traductor e Interprete Oficial.  Ingles Espanol Ingles.  Resolucion Nro. 0499.  Ministerio de Justicia"  then a line underneath where he signed his signature.

On the last page, he additionally put his contact info.

Does this look sufficient ?

Hi, in i-129f the beneficiary address fields are too small and I'm also confused with how to represent the following address information.

INDONESIA

JL PENGGILINGAN is the main road and KP PEDAENGAN is the sub road.  In some cases I've seen, the KP PEDAENGAN might not even be used.   Very confusing.  KEL PENGGILINGAN is the village.  KEC CAKUNG is the sub district.  JAKARTA TIMUR is the city. DKI JARARTA, the province.  13940 the postal code.

Any idea to how to enter this into the i-129f?
