Plan for DCF from Philippines within the next year. Will be married for 2 year this coming April.
1. Is two years the minimum or better chance of getting approved or is it 3 years now?
2. My non citizen wife has a 10 year tourist visa, I assume that it will be revoked or that it would at least be strongly discouraged from visiting while DCF applications are pending? We plan to visit USA every Thanksgiving if it is financially possible.
3. My USA domicile is my brother's house and he would let us stay there until we are able to get our own apartment, would this suffice?
